Job Responsibilities

  • Approach Australian Residential And Commercial Client/ Individuals to Offer Our Australian Clean Energy Certified Renewable Energy Services And Products On A Daily Basis ( International Telemarketing).
  • Manage/Operate Communication Applications ( CRM / Automated Dialer ) And Calling Data.
  • Manage Day To Day Work Report
  • Maintain Followup Information And Execute Followup Procedure Time To Time.
  • Prepare Monthly Report And Submit To Assigned Superior Personal / Manager / Departmental Head.
  • Participate In All Kind Of Skill Development Training And Continuous Learning Process As And When Assigned.
  • Maintain Excellent Relationship With Every Prospective Customer And Respond To Critical Customers With WOW Service.
  • Understand And Achieve Assigned KPI, KRA, SLA, SPH, TAT, CSAT.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • O Level
  • A Level
  • Studied in a foreign country where the first language is English.
  • IELTS Score 6.5+
  • Exception For Candidates With Excellent English Communication Skill( Speaking In Australian Or Neutral Accent And Listening Skill)
  • Training/Trade Course: International Call Center Training,IELTS,Spoken English

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call Centre Training
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Multinational Companies

Additional Requirements:

  • Must Have International Telemarketing Experience.
  • Must Have Excellent English Speaking Skill.
