Job Description

  • Daily Voucher checking (TSL+ISL+TSH) and authorize.
  • Daily Bank balance checking with the bank.
  • Daily checking of BSP links software.
  • Daily backup of smart point (jatra).
  • All communications to Banks and related financial institutions: Bank Asia ,Dutch Bangla Bank, City bank and so on for all accounts and finance related matters & formalities.
  • All communications to airlines regarding capping and payments.
  • Daily air tickets outstanding monitoring GDS wise and domestic airlines ticketing monitoring.
  • Outstanding dues collection from Clients by coordinating with Travel Section. Report to management.
  • Weekly/Fortnightly reconcile of air ticket purchase with supplier (IATA/OTHERS TRAVEL AGENTS)
  • Refund collect from IATA/OTHER TRAVEL AGENTS and refund in Smart point (jatra) software and also email to client or salesperson about refund amount/adjustment after Management's Approval.
  • Monthly reconcile of Bank statement (All banks related to TSL, ISL & TSH).
  • Prepare of Salary Sheet (TSL/TSH/ISL).
  • Personal loan adjustment with salary and mail to management.
  • Prepare earning report for every sales person and report to Management by email: Ticketing, Holidays and Visa [End of each month].
  • Monthly Vat calculation of IATA (Payable/receivable).
  • Vat on rent payment every (January-June) in July/(July-December) in January each year for Flat A2/C2.
  • Prepare to P/L accounts (TSL/TSH/ISL).
  • Yearly prepare financial statement of TSL+ISL FOR BANK/TAX/IATA.
  • Prepare and expedite the needed: documents, formatting & communication for INCOME TAX and Financial Auditing related matters.
  • Budget preparation department wise and assigning target for each fiscal year department wise.
  • Supervise works for all team members of Accounts Department.
  • Performance evaluation of all team members of Accounts Department and report to Management.
  • Train and build up all team members of Accounts Department.
  • Report to Management.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (Master's preferred)
  • Skills Required: Accounting Software

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts, Cash Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 3+ years' experience in general or tax accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of jaatra software
  • Experience with computerized ledger systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
