Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing the Fee shall be payable according to payment chart or on the
further mutual agreement (must be a written document) of total fee by Employer as follows:
Stage 1: Engagement Fee (Based on the Job order)
Stage 2: Final Installment (100% of the payable amount after Successful onboard)
Due immediately within 2 Weeks of onboarding.
If a Candidate leaves the employment within three (03) months of having commenced employment for
any reasons apart from redundancy or because the candidate’s role with the company does not (in our
reasonable opinion) reflect the original job description for which the candidate was recruited then
provided that the company immediately inform us in writing of the termination of employment, re-
appoints the Candidate within 1 Months of the date of termination of the Appointment upon
agreement.
If you hire any candidate from our shared pool within 8 Months, Then the service charge will be
applicable as deal.
All amounts stated are included in VAT.
Contract:
By signing this contract the Employer will have accepted its terms and conditions of the agreement.
The terms and conditions in this contract will apply in preference to any that Employer put forward.
Services of Skill Jobs In response to the shared JD, Skill Jobs will provide Employer the recruitment
solution according to the payment charts. Skill Jobs will use all due skill, care and attention to introduce
Employer to a candidate suitable to carry out the work specified in the Job Description. When Skill Jobs
introduce a Candidate to Employer for employment, Skill Jobs are acting as an employment agency.
