We are looking for young, energetic, and Smart Marketing Executive, who can take the challenge to work for Order/Communicate/collection on and to ensure sales & develop in the fastest-growing Market with the following criteria. These opportunities are purely for Telisales Experienced person in Sales and Marketing job.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure and Monitor different work order and follow-up accordingly.
To communicate with different Agent for collect Passport on the basis of criteria.
To communicate with the worker and need to convince them for apply.
Need to ensure sector wise IPA Rate and Salary/Basic, and share the accurate information with workers.
Need to confirm workers Payment (Advance Payments and Others Payments).
To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Establish new customer relationships and preserve long-term business relationships with existing customers.
Capable of preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as daily reporting to supervisor.

Bachelor or BBA in Marketing with good academic track record from any recognized UGC approved university. Masters or equivalent educational will get preference

Age 25 to 30 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal.
Good Knowledge in both Bangla and English.
Good Team work mentality.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Candidates should be Smart, Hardworking, Dedicated, Self-motivated & energetic to perform his sales job in corporate sector.
Candidates must have skills to work with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, applications.
