Job Responsibilities
- To install & configure networking LAN, WAN, VPN & Wireless knowledge, switch, router ( Mikrotik, Firewall).
- Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
- Attending customers' complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
- Must have knowledge about transmission network.
- Must have very good knowledge about TCP/ IP.
- Must have very good understanding in Local Area Network.
- Monitoring, reporting and maintaining computer systems and network.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Mikrotik, Windows & Linux Based Operating System.
- Knowledge on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on basic GPON & EPON networks.
- 24 x 7 on call support.

- Have to work in roster schedule including night shift.
