Job Context
- Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka.
- Products: Software, Solutions & IT Services.
- We are looking for a Senior Executive for the Channel/Distributor Sales Management to achieve the Sales goal on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.

Job Responsibilities
- Sr. Executive must achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets given by the Company.
- Managing the Sales Team (Remotely) following the Company's goal, objectives, values & culture in a professional manner.
- Organizing and recruiting the category-wise distributors/channel partners across the country as required of the company.
- Collecting the monthly sales targets among the distributors/channel partners.
- Motivating and rewarding the distributors/channel partners instructed by the Company.
- Collecting the advance payments & due bills from the distributors/channel partners.
- Ensuring the successful handover with required user training by the distributors/channel partners.
- Monitoring the conflicts with the distributors/channel partners.
- Day-Night Support to distributors/Chanel Partners for sales & support.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with the distributors/channel partners.
- Transferring the required knowledge & skills of the products, service, sales, support & CRM skills among the distributors/channel partners.
- Developing the SOPs for the distributors/channel partner’s day-to-day sales activities.
- Conducting the sales meeting, training & virtual (online) webinars from time to time.
- Documenting, recording & organizing necessary data & information in the cloud medium storage (on Google Sheets/spreadsheet/docs & other software instructed by the Company.
- Developing the required presentation with the PowerPoint/Google slides.
- Administering the sales team as per the Company policies & compliances.
- Increasing the sales revenue & profit margins by growing the market share, upselling, cross-selling & replacing the competitors.
- Upholding the brand values of the Company & increasing the product's brand value.
- Collecting & recording the client's service rating & users' feedback & preparing the customer's satisfaction & complaint reports.
- Receiving, organizing, and validating, the user/clients' requirements on a regular basis.
- Reporting to the Manager in a timely fashion.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Preferred Professional Certification: Skills Required: Data Analysis, Excellent oral and written communications, Google Sheets, Microsoft
- Training/Trade Course: MS Office Suite,Sales and Marketing,Team Management and Leadership
- Skills Required: Convincing Capability, Handling Distributors or Dealers, People Management, Sales

Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Handling Distributors or Dealers, People Management, Sales Management and Distribution

- Age 25 to 35 years
