We are looking for Asst. Officer/ Officer (Compliance) to join our team.

Job Description


Vacancy:

Job Responsibilities:
- To assist for implementing and monitoring the company policy, procedure & buyer's Code of Conduct.
- Prepare factory to face any kind of buyer's audit-social/ ethical/ environmental/ Technical audit.
- To assist for implementation of labor Law & Buyers code of conduct.
- Support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
- Monitor Factory Health, Safety & environmental issues and continuously take initiative to improve.
- To look after EMS & chemical management system of the factory.
- Discuss with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
- Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
- To assist for documentation of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Arrange counseling program regarding health, safety & environment issues.
- Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid & occupational health.
- Prepare corrective action plan on noncompliance issues communicating with Manager (Compliance).
- Daily basis round all over the Factory to identify noncompliance issues.
- Monitoring safety compliance, customer compliance, identify hazardous process and take preventive action.

Educational Requirements:
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduation Diploma on Compliance will be given preference
- Skills Required: Factory Compliance

Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Garments Industries will be given preference, Factory Compliance, Textile (Weaving Factory)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile

Additional Requirements:
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
- Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct.
- Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
