Job Summary

Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Training & Development professional under the department of Human Resource Management.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
- To build a Training culture within the organization through arranging and facilitating necessary training to the employees.
- To organize annual training budget and identify training needs for new and existing employees.
- Planning, forming and implementing each year's training calendar, training materials of various department by maintaining standards.
- To identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through "Training Needs Assessment (TNA)".
- To monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training.
- To seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
- To measure employee's information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials and make training course pleasant.
- To make schedule and conduct meetings with management to discuss about the probable development, training matrix, evaluation system, training materials etc.
- To detect ROI of every training and payback of every individuals.
- Any other works as & when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical/EEE/IPE from any reputed University

Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 28 years
- Have adequate knowledge about TOT, TNA, TCM, Training models, etc.
- Candidates with special course on training will get preference.
- Should familiar with instructional methods, coaching and skill development.
- Should have excellent communication over English.
- Must have standard expertise over power point presentation.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive in taking new and innovative initiatives.
