Job Summary

Kolpolok Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive. The core job is to meet all the HR activities, practices and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures with proper working knowledge in IT Sector.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities
- Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Review, update and maintain personnel files and other HR documents and update databases in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
- Prepare various types of HR Related Letters e.g.- Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Experience, Invitation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Ensure Final Settlement of Exit Employees.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation are collected and maintained
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure of organization
- Coordinate with the different departments in relation to HR activities.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Maintain & Update internal databases such as new hire information, leave, Sick leave, maternity leave, staff advance & holiday Management.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with legal issues, grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Assist and keep up-to-date of appropriate performance appraisal, organization structure/chart and job description to support vision and mission of the company.
- Execution of company's administrative and operational tasks as and when required.
- Plan and arrange training for each discipline.
- Record, Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets, equipment vehicle, security and safety issues.
- Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standards throughout the Company.
- Prepare and evaluate KPI for all employees and maintain a database.
- Maintain and update all Govt. approval and legal documentation.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Publish and remove job ads.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: General HR, HR Software, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource and Development, Human Resource Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 30 years
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
- Should have a good command of English (Oral & Written).
- Sound knowledge of general office rules and regulations.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
