Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
- Assisting supervisor as well as co-working with SR.
- Materializing sales target in a particular area.
- Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
- Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
- Making DO and monitoring dealer to ensure product delivery.
- Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
- Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
- Regular searching and development new market.

Educational Requirements
- MBA/MBS in any subject from Reputed Public University/Private University/National University.
- Masters in Economics, English, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who appeared in the Masters Final Exam can also apply.
- 3rd Div./ Class in academic history is discouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Persistent in terms of achieving target.
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good command in English.
- Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh is mandatory.
- Must have the ability and willingness to drive motorbike.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, overall leadership capabilities required.
