We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee the functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Business recruiting process, administration, performance management, benefits administration, absence management, and off boarding
- Have to oversee the recruitment process
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
- Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Management Team and Board of Directors for improvement of organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and onboarding process.
- Managing and updating all employee record system
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
- Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in relevant field from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- No gender preference
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to solve problems independently and result oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Mastery in Bengali and English to communicate effectively across the organization
