Job Summary

We are looking for Business Analyst & Coordinator - Managing Director to join our team.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Support to Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required
- Advise the Managing Director on key organizational issues and manage staff for smooth coordination of routine activities.
- Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
- E-mail correspondence of respected Managing Director
- Make various reports on behalf of the Managing Director
- Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
- Co-operate Managing Director to Communicate with various higher official persons in the country.
- Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
- Organize meetings and ensure that Managing Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to interact with many different departments and decision-makers within the organization.
- Maintains key business development contacts with current and potential customers
- Evaluates and manages new business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures
- Any other task assign by MD

Educational Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounts
- Skills Required: Ability to solve problem, Able to work under pressure, Any time Work ability, Bengali and English Typing, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Quick learner

Experience Requirements;
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analyst, Management Coordinator
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Furniture, Real Estate

Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 4-5 year professional experience as Coordinator of Managing Director
- Must have typing capacity in Bengali & English.
- Must be fluent in English & able to communicate with foreign delegates.
- Must have computer knowledge - Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet.
- Work experience in real estate industry will get preference.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
- Ability to remain professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
