Job Description


Job Responsibilities
- Designing and running assessment centre and recruitment exercise.
- Capable of handling staff enquiries considering employment terms and conditions and corporate practices.
- Capable of handling staff grievance & complaint procedures.
- Designing Training Development Plan, applying Training Need Analysis (TNA) and conducting training courses for the department as per requirement.
- Handling HR Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Managing Induction / Orientation for new entrants.
- Managing staff Performance Management and Appraisal processes.
- Performing job evaluation and job classification exercises as per corporate requirement.
- Nurturing staff development, talent, and career management and so on.
- Expert in Microsoft word, excel, power point, publisher, etc.
- Personal file management.
- Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Perform any other work as assigned by the Management and team leader.
- Ensure overall security system of the branch and Head Office of the group and getting weekly confidential report from unit security I/C for onward discussion with the management regarding loophole if any.
- Proactive & professional handling of crisis like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
- Providing logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department of branch /Head office.
- Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
- Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
- BBA/ MBA in HRM from reputed Public or Private University.
- PGDHRM will get preference

Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- At least 5 year(s), preferred from any reputed software/IT industry
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
- Team leading capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
- Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point, and email communication.

Compensation & Other Benefits
 - Salary Review: Yearly (Depend on performance appraisal)
