Job Summary

We are looking for candidates for the position of AGM / Manager, HR & Admin

Job Description


Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR & Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR & Admin strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Prepared & Implementation HR policies.
- Develop Payroll management system through Customize ERP.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs and ensure the Training and Development Programmed are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
- Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
-Personal file management.
- Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
- Conducting employee induction program.
- Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
- Perform any other work as assigned by the Management and team leader.
- Expert in Microsoft word, excel, power point, publisher, etc.
- Develop, establish and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
- Carryout necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, Stationery item, Photocopy, document mailing, buyer entertainment etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
- Establish human capital metrics and measurements including tracking, analysis and reporting on all
- Ensure overall security system of the branch and Head Office of the group and getting weekly confidential report from unit security I/C for onward discussion with the management regarding loophole if any.
- Proactive & professional handling of crisis like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
- Providing logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department of branch /Head office.
- Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
- Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Masters/MBA in HRM from a Reputed University

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, General HR, HR payroll, HR Policy, ISO 9001
- 5 to 7 year(s), preferred from any reputed software/IT industry
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Compensation & Other Benefits
