The candidate will be responsible for leading the Lifestyle Division with categories like Bedding & Bath. Furniture & Decor. Kitchen & Dining. Laundry &Cleaning. Media. Music & Books. Motors. Sports & Outdoors. Stationery & Craft. Tools. MY & Outdoor. Toys & Games.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies based on with company's competitive and success elements.
- Manage sales team for improving sales of a specific category of products
- Manage inventory levels to maximize sales.
- Develop long-term development strategies for product categories and execute category plans to meet revenue goals.

Degrees:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) .

- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce retail industry.
- Proven experience as category manager or similar role
- Solid knowledge of category management. marketing. and sales principles
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- A proven record of accomplishment of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internally and externally).
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire the team to achieve outstanding. Performance: help develop the skills of your team and their professional growth.
