- Inviting application for the post of "National Sales Manager" to lead the sales team by planning, implementing and directing sales activities to achieve sales target
- Job Location: Dhaka (but have to visit different parts of the country frequently)

Job Responsibilities
1. This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
2. Responsible for overall sales, dealer development, pricing, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.
3. Lead and Hire an experienced Sales Team including Divisional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and TSO.
4. Prepare sales reports and analysis report for senior management.
5. Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its nationwide territories.
6. Visit dealers and retail points countrywide in company and report to senior management for every market visit.
7. Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly budget preparation.
8. Formulate sales strategy and action plan to initiate rapid business growth and national target achievement.
9. Train, teach and monitor the whole sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
10. Forecasting and achieving the sale target of the company.
11. Carry out sales analysis, business analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis to increase market share.
12. Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
13. Handle Credit Recovery related issues.
14. Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the products.
15. Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
16. Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
17. Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to achieve individual sales target.
18. Prepare and produce reports as required by management.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
- Post Graduation in Marketing from any reputed university.
- Preferred Professional Certification: Post graduation Diploma in Marketing, food science,
- Academic qualifications are considerable for more experience person.

Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Skills: Sales and Marketing in consumer product
- Applicant must have minimum 5 years' experience as "National Sales Manager" position in consumer products.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales.
- Must be able to set-up Sales Team immediately.
- Must be experienced in managing a large sales team.
- Must have excellent leadership skills.
