We are looking smart, energetic, dedicated & professional Manager for our Marketing department who is supposed to look after core marketing

Job Description


Job Responsibilities
1. Plan of all above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities.
2. Design promo plan for distributor engagement.
3. Identify, develop marketing strategy based in knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
4. Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
5. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
6. Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
7. Plan for marketing activities in line with seasonal demands.
8. Provide input to sales and production planning based on market demand.
9. Meeting with marketing team on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining a relationship for negotiation and closing deals.
10. Analyze own market size of each product, plan for forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly.
11. Be well-informed about market developments, competitors activities and provide feedback to the management.
12. Any other task assign by the management.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
1. Masters in any discipline. Preferable MBA in Marketing and Management
2. Preferred Professional Certification: Post graduation Diploma in Marketing, food science.
3. Academic qualifications are considerable for more experiences person.

Experience Requirements
- 6 to 8 year(s)

- The applicants should have experiences in the following area(s): Food industry, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Branding, Business Development, Core Marketing In Food industry,
- Age up to 40 years
- High proficiency in Computer literacy.
- Self-motivated and able to work.
- Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to established effective relationship with all levels within/outside the organization.
- Ability to plan multi-task and manage time effectively.
