Job Summary

We are looking for skilled HR Officer/Sr. Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, we expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
2. Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
3. Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
4. Managing all departmental performance issues.
5. Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
6. Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theories and methods & provide suitable interpretation to director, managers and staffs within the organization.
7. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
8. Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
9. Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
10. Look after company's day to day administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management, rent & utilities.
11. To assist for upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
1. BBA and MBA from reputed University with major in HRM.
2. PGD in HRM is preferable.
3. Skills Required: Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- General HR, Human Resources & Development, Organization
- Development/ Process Improvement, Performance appraisal
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 32 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
