Job Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to end users of service and software over telephone, email or SMS
2. Provide support related to software or network issues, installation of software or hardware (when required)
3. Responsible for documenting and logging reported problems & issues.
4. Closely monitor and follow-up support tickets escalated to others teams.
5. Monitor / service up time and identify performance issues.
6. Performing routing checking of systems & software.
7. Ensuring that the software systems are up and running.
8. Evaluate reported or detected problems and implement satisfactory solutions to resolve network or service related issues and prevent recurrence.
9. Work effectively and professionally with other team members coworkers in other departments and external customers.
10. Be on call 24X7 to support business critical data network

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
1. Experience with MySQL database (SQL)
2. Experience in computer programming (PHP, C#)
3. Knowledge on Client/Server software architecture
4. Experience in using Windows and Linux Command Prompt
5. Knowledge on Devops is an added advantage
6. Hands on working experience on MS Office package
7. Time management ability and self-motivated.
8. Willingness to work on roaster duty.
