Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist (TSS), you will provide support to our customers via phone, email and computer chat. You need to be a highly detail oriented and analytical individual to accurately capture customer interactions and close out submitted trouble tickets in a timely manner. While the nature of their role is more technically based, it is important for help desk support specialists to have a tolerant and patient disposition, with strong communication skills to put frustrated users at ease. A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness and good communication skills is a must for this position. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not possess such skills.

Educational Requirements:
- O level/A Level from a recognized school/institution.
- Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
Overview of the Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide, process, and prioritize information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services primarily via inbound calls
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions.
- Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Manage and ensure appropriate follow-up and closure for all customer contacts.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Strive for First Call Resolution, working to resolve member issues at the point of contact.
- Serving as a backup when other employees are out due to absent staff members.
- Navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issues.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills. Must be fluent in English (both spoken & comprehension).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice.
- Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order.
- Maintain composure in high pressure situations.
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are requirements for the position.
- Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.

Additional Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working in a help desk environment preferred but not mandatory.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines, prioritize and delegate.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Computer skills and data entry skills are required.
- Familiarity working with different Database products, Microsoft products, Internet browsers and E-mail is preferable.
