Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse production, Identification, and solve problems.
- Continuous improvement with the team performance and training.
- Implement and control the production capacity and demand schedule.
- Determine the human resources required.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between the Production team & Management.
- Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high performing team.

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent area.
- It doesn't matter where you went to college/university or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to brainstorm.

Additional Requirements:
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Ability to work in three different shifting time (Roaster Duty)
- Basic knowledge of EXCEL/Google Sheet functionality.
- Proficient in English communication.
- IT background is a BIG plus point
- Highly self-motivated & Quick learner.
- Able to clearly communicate issues and areas for improvement to management and direct reports in a timely and easy to understand manner.
- Able to share and implement best practices.
