Educational Requirements 1. B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university. 2. MBA in Marketing or Management Information Systems (MIS) will be an advantage
Experience Requirements 1. Minimum Three (03) years of experience in Software project management. 2. PMP and/or Scrum Certification will be an advantage.
Overview of the Responsibilities 1. Keep track of software project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met 2. Sprint planning, project planning, prioritizing and managing client requirements and handling production releases. 3. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. 4. Relationship management. 5. Reporting.
Job Requirements 1. Experience in strategic analysis, project planning, risk management and scope management. 2. Extensive knowledge in Software Process and Methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. 3. Experience in Jira is must. 4. Keen understanding of Software Architectural Designs and Database Designs. 5. Background of Software Development will be preferred.
Additional Job Requirements 1. Proven software project management experience. 2. Excellent business communication & negotiation skill in English. 3. Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement. 4. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. 5. Extreme interpersonal skill to communicate with cross functional teams.
