Job Summary

The Client Services acts as a servicing person responsible for the conceiving, managing and executing online marketing initiatives and management of all advertising programs and associated revenue pre- and post-sale. This includes media plan creation, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, program retention, renewal and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues to our clients.
The Client Services plays an integral role in business development and hold responsibility for effectively managing clients.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Playing an integral role in new business development and hold responsibility for effectively managing clients.
2. Primary day-to-day contact with clients.
3. Manage and maintain web and social media content calendars and campaigns.
4. Nurture social media communities through daily monitoring, publishing and engagement.
5. Identify content trends on digital initiatives drawing on your knowledge of copywriting, video and graphic design, and social media channel nuances and audience behavior.
6. Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists and project managers to create and plan relevant, new digital, social and mobile content strategies and campaigns.
7. Compile and analyze content performance (both qualitative and qualitative insights) and recommend high level growth opportunities for social media buys.
8. Ability to communicate digitally with a high level of precision to reflect the brand persona in a timely manner with the ultimate goal of fostering brand loyalty and grow affinity.
9. Understand and embrace the expectation that social media operates outside of traditional business hours.
10. Ability to use online listening, curating, publishing and measurement platforms and tools effectively.
11. Write project and creative briefs and effectively communicate to teams.
12. Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
13. Meet the sales target given by the supervisor/higher management.
14. Play an integral part in overall success of team and take responsibility.
15. Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
2. BBA/ MBA/ Master's degree from any reputed institution.
3. Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Marketing, Computer skill

Experience Requirements
1. At least 3 year(s)
2. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising Agency, Communication/ Public Relation/ Media,
Core Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, media agency

Additional Requirements
1. Age 20 to 45 years
2. Both males and females are allowed to apply
3. 1-3 years of experience including: corporate marketing department, digital marketing and advertising agency. A minimum 1-2 years of experience in a digital domain - experience with social media, community management, copywriting, email, digital storytelling, mobile and technology solutions preferred.
4. Understanding of social media platform management tools.
5. Strong understanding of social media copywriting, editorial calendars, content ideation and mapping, brand persona, and customer service.
6. Expertise in identifying and forecasting emerging trends in the digital content space.
7. Ability to convert and implement strategic plans into tactical ones.
8. Superior oral and written communication skills; excellent typist, great listener and relationship oriented.
9. High comfort level leading brainstorms and ideation and filling up whiteboards.
10. Ability to inform, educate and influence staff to support goals and objectives.
11. Ability to work with a team to think strategically and act tactically in order to align our services with customer needs.
12. Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, print production, media and digital.
13. Knowledge of customer services, sales, retail structure, operations, account service/sales management, best practices and proven ability to communicate and implement.
