Job Responsibilities
1. Good understanding of business operation & software
implementation process.
2. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem
solving environment.
3. Desire to work software implantation in different business
platform.
4. To provides onsite support and the 1st level of Technical
Support to the Client Research and identify solutions to
software issues
5. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
6. Able to inform accurately client functionality requests or
software change requests to internal development team.
7. Able to prepare a check list for unresolved issues & place
appropriately to internal teams (e.g. software developers)
8. Knowledge about documentation of business processes and
operational procedure
9. Able to work closely with the development team for
providing solutions to users.
10. To have strong communication skill & able to work under
pressure

Educational Requirements
Graduates/ Masters in any discipline.
Additional Requirements
1. Wide knowledge on Oracle Apex & Database
2. At Least 2 (two) years Practical Experience on Oracle Apex
development & also have leading capacity
3. To have good concept on SQL, PL/SQL, oracle reports,
WebLogic setup
4. Assist seniors by providing technical assistance efficiently to
keep up with the service users.
