Job Summary

We are looking for candidates for the position of Client Service Executive

Job Description

Preference: Male and Female both can apply

Employment Status: Full Time

Working Hours: 9 hours

Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive & make call to the users
2. Capable to handle inbound/outbound calls
3. Capable to handle user's queries/complains instantly.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing users, retain new
4. Respond to users inquiries in a timely manner and update
information with notes for each user

Educational Requirements:
1. Graduated from any UGC approved University

Required Skills:
1. 1-year of experience in this field will be highly appreciated
(Freshers can apply also)
2. Persuasive Speaking Skills
3. Ability to Use Positive Language
4. Strong Communication Skills
5. Taking Responsibility
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Responsible, Reliable & Accountable
