Job Summary

We are looking for Officer (HR & Admin) in our team.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Capable to run all HR initiatives, systems and tactics of the company.
2. By own leadership ability can lead a team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
3. Develop corporate plan for various HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, performance evaluation, staffing and training.
3. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
4. Employee motivation- Counseling and look after disciplinary issues.
5. Overlook and maintain supply chain.
6. Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
7. Keep record of attendance, absences, leave and prepare monthly salary sheet.
8. Give focus on time to time credit collection by collaborate with field force.
9. Co-ordinate field force by monitoring sales trend, collection trend.
10. Time to time randomly confirmation customer ledger physically.
11. Monthly stock and statement confirmation.
12. Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
1. Age 28 to 35 years
2. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience Real Estate field will be preference, HR Admin, Human Resource, Real Estate Administration
3. Well experienced in Real Estate HR & Administration.
4. In depth Knowledge in Labor Law
