Job Summary

We are loking for Customer Relationship Executive in our team.

Job Description

Job Context:
1. Shift timing rostered (8hours a day)
2. Part time hours available.
3. One-day weekend
4. Public Holidays available

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Communicating with customers through various channels.
3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
9. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Employment Status:
 *Full-time, Part-time

Experience Requirements:
1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):  Customer Service
2. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
3. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
1. Age 18 to 38 years
2. Both males and females are allowed to apply
3. Fluency in English will be an added advantage
4. Bangla speaking must be neat and tidy and must not have any regional dialect influence
