Job Summary

We are looking for HR Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism; responsible for promoting a positive image of the Company.
2. Directs organizational planning to evaluate departments, job design and workforce forecasting throughout the organization to enhance productivity.
3. Implements the compensation structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, and employee benefits programs.
4. Works proactively with senior management and staff to ensure that Staff Asia is able to recruit, motivate and retain supervisory, professional, technical, administrative and production staff.
5. Researching, developing and implementing the best practices of HR as a part of Human Resources Development.
6. Implement HR functional excellence, Succession Planning, Leadership pipeline & coaching for carrying out the Training & Development Plans for future.
7. Partners with the senior executive team to ensure understanding of and compliance with HR policies; keeps top management informed of new developments in HR.
8. Attends Meetings as required. Keeps top management informed of problems that jeopardize the achievement of objectives and those that are not being adequately addressed at the line management level.
9. Responsible for the payroll function of the company.
10. Maintain proper people management analytics and performance management programs

Educational Requirements:
-BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management or Majoring in any discipline but have relevant field experience

Additional Requirements:
1. Prospective HR Manager are required to have the following skills
2. Must have the experience of operating HRIS (Softwares)
3. PGD in Human Resource Management (Preferred)
4. At least 2 years of experience in managing a group of people in any IT, FMCG, and multinational company's HR or other department
5. Excellent communication skills in English and good command over BD labor law
6. Leadership and negotiation skills to make any project done
