Job Summary

Job Location: Dhaka Corporate Office (but should have mentally ready to move site for any requirement/meeting)

Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
1. Look after general admin, HR & compliance issues.
2. Analyze, plan & execute training & development for skill improvement and motivation of the employees.
3. Have to advise and formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, stress, conflict management etc. in a proactive manner.
4. Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
5. Maintain overall safety and security and any task assignment by management.
6. Ensure good housekeeping, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
7. Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
8. To ensure regular supply of all utility services.
9. Planning, control & Maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property assets and other moveable and immovable properties.
10. To manage and resolve any emergency incidents or crisis.
11. To ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.
12. Responsible for recruitment & selection, training & development, attendance & salary administration, compensation & benefits etc.
13. Maintain & control of all leave, attendance and monthly salary statement by payroll system with sound knowledge of HR & payroll software.
14. To prepare new employee/workers personal files within end of the month.
15. Ensure the new employee orientation according to orientation checklist as per induction and orientation policy.

Educational Requirements:
1. MBA with BBA in HRM from any reputed University
2. BBA Must in Human Resources Management

Additional Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 (two) years' experience in HR & Admin Department.
2. 2 Year Experience in HR and Admin
3. Office Administrative Management & Payroll Skill
