Job Summary

Jadroo E-Commerce Limited is a sister concern of Jadroo Group seeking Executive (Customer Support) to grow the online presence of our established Jadroo.Com.

Job Description

Job Responsibilitie:
1. Manage and update Jadroo.Com Facebook page and group.
2. Customers Feedback collection and giving reply fluently
3. Develop new concept to increase traffic at Website.
4. Receive calls from customer and make calls to customer when needed.
5. Enhance social media outlets and opportunities to maintain communication and build fan base.
Educational Requirement:
1. Minimum Graduate or any equivalent degree - preferably in Business or related course of study from any public/ private Universities with good academic background.
2. Education may be relaxed for experienced persons, Fresher's can also apply.
Additional Requirement:
1. Age 22 to 32 years
2. Both males and females are allowed to apply
3. A team worker who believes in team commitment.
4. Honest, Smart & Energetic.
5. Proficiency in MS office applications must.
6. Excellent English communication (Verbal & written)
7. Ready to work under pressure.
8. Good English Typing speed & negotiation skill is must
