Job Summary

Bangladesh`s one of the largest conglomerates is looking for a dynamic person for its ISP (Internet Service Provider) company to fill the position Customer Support Executive.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Over phone support about LAN, WAN, Internet and Data systems in the Help desk.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
3. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
4. Letting customers know about other tariff the company offers.
5. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
6. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
7. Call forward to any department as per requirements of caller.
8. Take up other duties as assigned by Management.

1. Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE,Telecommunication, Diploma in Engineering in CSE,Telecommunication
2. Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Good communication skills.
3. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
 * Cisco Switch and Router, Mikrotik, OLT and ONU
4. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Additional Requirements: 
1. Age 20 to 28 years
2. Both males and females are allowed to apply
3. Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
