Job Summary

Airposted is looking for a full-time Marketing Head who needs to be dynamic, is an expert in Digital Marketing, and possesses the attributes to lead our growing marketing team.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Must have sound knowledge on SEO, SMM, PPC Campaign setting, ADWORDS, FACEBOOK AD, and RE-MARKETING SPECIALIST.
2. Planning and executing all SEO/ SMM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3. Implementing and managing the social media marketing strategy and focusing on platforms that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Video, Slide Share, etc.)
4.Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
5.Provide creative ideas for content and email marketing
6. Must have a strong capability in Digital marketing.
7. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets
8. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
9. Acquire insight into online and offline marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
10. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH is a must
11. To lead the marketing department
12.Create marketing strategies and effectively implement them

Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university majoring in Marketing
2 MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion

Additional Requirements:
1.Age N/A
2. Both males and females can apply.
3. Strong idea and familiarity with Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platform marketing
4. Prior experience in running social media campaigns and ads
5. Prior experience in leading teams and create reports
6. Prior experience in establishing partnerships
7. Hands-on knowledge of Adobe CS, Photoshop highly preferred
