Job Summary

Daraz Bangladesh is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Digital, to join our team.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
2. Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
3. Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
4.Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance daraz brand image.
5.Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

1.Graduation from any Reputed Public/ Private University.
2.Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
3.Proficient in typing is must (English & Bengali)
4.Problem Solving Skill.
5.Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
6.Have to be Energetic & Smart.
7.Strong Language proficiency in both English & Bangla.
8.Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
