Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Knowing, understanding and performing all operational and administrative activities of different teams including Business Development, Client Coordination and Vendor Management

  • Send accurate and quality sales proposals to client for further business development

  • Analyze results sent by the field force Check for service fulfillment and see whether client instructions and quality standards are met

  • Generate accurate invoice to the client, based on services provided for revenue generation

  • Responsible for management of day-to-day service delivery within the team in a multi-client, multi-shore environment

  • Work with company resources to ensure day-to-day service is effectively meeting client needs and value is being recognized by client

  • Monitor daily workflow of client team, review data for trending, recommend improvements, and proactively identifying potential issues

  • Develop, provide & analyze reports to clients and delivery team as required

  • Take notes, prepare call summaries/meeting minutes and record in approved documentation format.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing will get preference.

  • Very good communication skills and research ability in English with excellent spelling, grammar, pronunciation and analytical ability. North American accent is preferred

  • American International University Bangladesh,North South University,East West University,University of Dhaka students will get preference

  • Skills Required: Communication skill, Vendor management

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Business Analyst, Business Development, Customer Service

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 40 years

  • Only males are allowed to apply

  • Experience in BPO industry will be highly preferred.
