Job Summary


  • We are looking for a high-performing business development specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.



Job Responsibilities




  • To provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction that business needs to achieve its goals.

  • Find out new business opportunities to maintain a sustainable financial growth of the company.

  • Initiate collaboration, partnership and networking with potential business entities.

  • Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan and performance monitoring of sales team.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Make team members accountable for the overall business growth and sustainability through revenue generation and gaining market share.

  • Team development and ensure continuous improvement in productivity.

  • Analyze market trends, conduct SWOT analysis, and present to management in monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings.

  • Carry out any task as and when assigned by the management.
