  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems
  • Code, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger or computer system
  • Prepare period or cost statements or reports
  • Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, and price lists
  • Prepare all administrative documents & maintain file systematically.
  • Managing vendors and maintaining effective communication with service providers
  • Managing various procurement and payments in line with organizational policies by managing effective control & compliance.
  • Ensuring timely support for the smooth functioning of inter-departmental activities and managing appropriate logistic services for Head Office, branches and factories.
  • Organizing, storing and effectively communicating information.
  • Maintain personal files in a professional manner and update regarding employees promotion, increment, transfer and educational certificate, any other official letter issues time to time
  • Prepare NOC/experience certificates by ensuring the purpose and distribute it to concern employee.
  • Ensure employee transfer related activities
  • Conduct employee satisfaction survey, data analysis and prepare report
  • Maintain Leave Management process as per company policy & practice
  • Provide post joining services to the employees by processing the requisition formalities of ID Card, SIM Card, Hand set, Business Card, IT accessories etc. timely.
  • Conduct exit interview and take necessary approval for final settlement of a resigned employee.
  • Any other activities assigned by the department Head, Management
Education Requirement:
  • Masters with Honors in Accounting /MBA in any discipline from any recognized university.
Additional Requirement:
  • Experience: at least 3 years;
  • Freshers who are energetic and confident can also apply for this position.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, General HR & Admin
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
  • Immediate joining is required.
  • Computer literacy at least in Ms-Excel & Ms-Word is a must.
  • Practical knowledge of operating Tally Software will be added as an advantage.
